Sandra “Sandi” Victor has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit Civil, Family, and Dependency mediator for over 18 years. Before opening her private practice, she served for more than 12 years as a full-time staff mediator for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in the Florida State Court System. During that time, she conducted over 4,000 mediations in the Family, Dependency, and Small Claims divisions, helping individuals and families navigate challenging situations with care, clarity, and respect.
Sandi is currently a faculty member at My Family Mediator, where she serves as an Assistant Trainer for Family and Dependency Certification Training. She is also the Secretary for the Family Court Professional Coalition (FCPC) and a past member of the Mediator Ethics Advisory Board (MEAC). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University and is an active member of both the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators (FAPM).
Sandi is well known for creating an environment where parties and their counsel feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. Her calm, thoughtful approach helps clients feel confident that they have a voice throughout the process. She is skilled at guiding negotiations toward meaningful resolution and drafting agreements that are both concise and comprehensive.
Before joining the Florida State Court System, Sandi began her mediation career as a volunteer County Mediator for the 12th Circuit. She also conducted mediations for the Florida Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program as a Circuit Civil mediator. Over the years, she has maintained her certifications in all four divisions, reflecting her longstanding commitment to serving clients with professionalism, compassion, and experience.
